The 4th International Dental Oral Infections and 3rd Oral Microbiota Congress meets the requirements for academic promotions and associate professorship criteria. The symposium presentations will be in both Turkish and English.

To submit an abstract, the author must be registered for the congress. Please visit the registration page on our website for registration procedures.

ABSTRACTS: All abstracts and full-text submissions to the congress will be scanned through a plagiarism program and undergo a peer review process. The abstracts submitted to the congress will be evaluated by at least two reviewers from the editorial and scientific committees. All abstracts that pass the peer review process will be published electronically as a journal supplement with an ISBN number indexed internationally.

NOTE:

  • Abstract Evaluation

The evaluations will be conducted online, with the name, surname, and affiliations of the researchers kept confidential, by the Congress Scientific Committee and selected subject expert reviewers.

  • A person may present a maximum of two abstracts, but they can be listed as authors of an unlimited number of abstracts.

  • Acceptance – Rejection Responses

The acceptance/rejection letters for the abstracts evaluated by the Scientific Committee and subject expert reviewers, indicating whether the abstract will be presented as an oral or poster presentation, will be sent to you via email 10 days before the congress start date.

Poster Preparation Information:

Posters should be prepared on a single page.

The recommended poster size is 50 cm x 70 cm.

The top part of your poster should include the title, authors, and their affiliations.

Posters should be legible from a distance of two meters.

Necessary materials for hanging the posters will be available at the congress venue.

Accepted posters that are not displayed printed at the congress venue will not be included in the congress proceedings.

Details regarding the presentation of accepted oral abstracts will be communicated to the author with the acceptance letter. Oral abstracts that are accepted but not presented at the congress will not be included in the congress proceedings.
